Users are solely responsible for evaluating and implementing business decisions based on platform insights or recommendations.

DataRocks is not a financial advisor, investment advisor, or business consultancy service.

10. Service Availability and Modifications

Total liability arising from the Services shall not exceed amounts paid by the user to DataRocks during the twelve months preceding the claim.
